Access to technical support is provided via e-mail from within the "License" worksheet (spreadsheets) and "License" window (MicroStation macros).

Always include the Software ID (it is automatically entered at the top of the e-mail message body).

Please note that responses to issues requiring verification of software ownership will always be sent to the e-mail address that was entered at time of purchase on the PayPal site.
