Q. What is the difference between a "single user" and "company/organization" type licenses?
A. Aside from the price, the major difference is that  a “single user” license does not allow software installation on the network drives. Please refer to the License Agreement accessible from within the software for specific license terms and restrictions.

Q. I already received an e-mail from Pay-Pal confirming my purchase but where is the software activation key allowing me to enable the full version? 
A. If you did not receive a second e-mail with an activation key within 24 hours, please check for it in your spam folder. If you cannot find the e-mail, contact technical support from within the “License” worksheet (spreadsheets) or “License” window (MicroStation macros) included in the Demo version. Use the following e-mail subject: “Problem with activation” and provide a brief description of the problem. The response to your inquiry will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered at time of the purchase on the PayPal site.

Q. Is there a way to contact technical support other than from within software?
A.The preferred way is always from within software. However, you may send inquiry directly to email

Q.Why does the spreadsheet lose its custom functionality when it is loaded in Excel 2007?
A. The most likely reason the spreadsheets do not work as intended because macros are disabled. To enable macros, look for the security warning displayed near the top of the Excel window right above the formula bar and click the “Options…” button (on the right from the security warning). Choose “Enable this content”.
